Refund Policy & Refund Policy Cancellation of Orders

At Fresh Garden, our goal is your complete satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products (fresh flowers and plants), special return and cancellation terms apply, in accordance with Greek legislation and consumer protection guidelines.

1. Cancellation of Order

Special Periods (e.g. St. Valentine’s Day): due to the high load, cancellations for 13 & 14 February are accepted up to 48 hours in advance.

Before the mission: You can cancel your order at no charge, as long as you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

Same day orders: For orders intended for same day delivery, cancellation is only accepted if our florists have not started preparing the arrangement.

2. Product Returns

Non-Vulnerable Products (Vases, Jars, Jars, Decorative items): you have the right to return these products within 14 days, provided that they are in their original packaging and have not been used. The return costs in this case shall be borne by the customer.

Fresh Flowers & Plants: According to the law, perishable products (which may spoil soon) are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Returns on fresh flowers are not accepted after delivery.

3. Defective Products or Problems on Delivery

If the flowers you received are damaged or do not meet the quality we promise:

If a problem is found, we will proceed to an immediate replacement or full refund.

Please contact us within 2-4 hours of receipt.

4. Refund Procedure

Refunds are made through the payment gateway (Viva.com) to the card or instrument (e.g. Paypal) with which the purchase was made. The process is usually completed within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
